Qualifications for tracks to be mastered:
FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH YOUR MIX BEFORE MASTERING. For example, if you think the kick should be louder– that is not a mastering fix. If you think the overall mix is too bright or needs a little more bottom that can be done.
We prefer the files to be 24 bit at 48Khz although we can accommodate any variation. All dynamics and EQ's should be taken off the master bus.
